• Choose your language by pressing [1] for Hindi and [2] for English from number pad of your mobile / landline.

  • Enter your Army Number (only numeric digits).  Please do not type alphabets. eg., if your Army number is JC426069P, type only 426069

  • To know your T-PIN press [1] from your Number pad.  In case you already know your T-PIN, then press[2] and access information on MobilePAO directly.  T-PIN is allotted to each person separately by PAO.  Please do not share it with anybody.  This T-PIN will remain with you throughout your service period.

  • Automatically information regarding the amount of Salary credited for last month is provide.

  • The Main Menu contains the following options.  Press any of the following numbers for accessing the corresponding information.

    • Salary (Information about Basic pay and other pay elements and Allowances)

    • Fund (Information about Fund claims if received in PAO, Fund subscription and Fund balance Amount).

    • Claim (Information about luggage and medical claim for Advances)

    • DO Part II: Status is given about last Part II orders received in PAO.  To obtain information about any other Part II orders press number 7 on your number pad of mobile / telephone.  if your DO Part II is 1/0001/001/2015 : first digit stands for type of Part II; next four digits stand for Part II serial; next three digits are for Part II item number and last four digits are for year of publication.  (Information about last 7 months DO Part II only available in MobilePAO.)

    • Income Tax: (Information is available on the monthly recovery, accumulated Income Tax for the year.  Please ensure that your PAN number is available to prevent excess recovery by Income Tax authority.  PAO can not refund excess recovery to you.)

  • Press '#' (Hash) on number pad of Mobile/telephone at end of any option if you want to listen to it again or Press '*' (Star) to go to Main Menu.

  • You can leave a message or query on MobilePAO by pressing number 9 on the number pad of your phone/mobile to record your query.  In case you are recording the message you must leave a mobile number on which you wish to obtain the information from the PAO.  In case you are not able to access MobilePAO, call Jawan Jankari Kendra(JJK) of your PAO during working hours(9.30 AM to 6.00 PM), Monday to Friday except public holidays.
